Paradise Cove

Developed in early 2003, Paradise Cove was also a first for Mexico Beach under its new Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Regulations.

Paradise Cove is a 10 acre coastal community with only 15 oversize lots overlooking a large fresh water pond.

Paradise Cove offers a beautifully landscaped entrance, paved streets, ribbon curbing, underground utilities, New Orleans style street lighting, a large fresh water pond with passive park area, Homeowners Association with Subdivision Covenants and Restrictions, an Architectural Control Committee, and lots of natural conservation area.

The Dedicated Beach area of Mexico Beach is only a short walk from Paradise Cove.
