Palm Ridge Subdivision, St. Joe Beach, Florida

Developed by Mexico Beach Harmon Realty and Harmon’s Heavy Equipment Company in the year 2000, this was one of the first subdivisions developed in Gulf County under the new comprehensive plan.

The subdivision set a new standard for residential communities being developed in the St. Joe Beach area at the time.

Palm Ridge Subdivision is a residential subdivision of

23 large lots with paved streets, underground utilities, subdivision Covenants and Restrictions and Architectural Controls.
